Founded in 2002 as a platform, for local and national comedians, Phat Comedy Night is the longest running amateur comedy night in Atlanta. Phat Comedy Night at Twisted Taco has been playing every week for (6) six years and has a very diverse following. Phat Comedy has hosted events at several Atlanta venues: Andrews Upstairs, House Night Club, Midtown Tavern, Twisted Taco and Funny Farm. The event has become a well-known name in the Atlanta comedy scene Atlanta’s two premier comedy clubs - Punchline and Funny Farm - have recognized the success of Phat Comedy Night and used many of our comics on their weekend shows and have partnered with Phat Comedy to cross promote many shows.
